Partners

We work with the people who build, sell and look after buildings

AkcernAI is not a portal that pools your data. Each building runs as its own instance: it publishes from its own records and receives its own leads. We connect that instance to the buyer.

How it works

Four steps — without handing over control of your data

The same path for a developer with one tower under construction and for an agency with a portfolio of buildings.

  1. Each building, its own instance

Your building is onboarded as a sovereign instance: its units, prices, construction progress and operations live in its own system — not in a shared platform database.

  2. Listings publish with provenance

The marketplace shows a projection of what the building publishes from its own records. Every listing carries its provenance and its update date — when data ages, it is marked stale instead of faking freshness.

  3. Leads land in your own pipeline

An enquiry about a unit is routed to the pipeline of the building that published it. There is no shared CRM in the middle and no auction of contacts between partners.

  4. One console for the whole portfolio

If you run several buildings, the fleet console gives you the aggregate view — each instance's status, its publications and its activity — without mixing one building's data into another's.

Who we work with

Three ways to partner

The role changes; the principle does not — the building still owns its own record.

  • Developers

You publish your projects — finished or off-plan — from the building's own system, with inventory and construction progress updated at the source rather than in a separate sheet.

    • Unit-level inventory
    • Published progress
    • Off-plan sales
  • Brokers & agencies

You represent buildings and units to buyers in four languages. The leads you generate reach the right building's pipeline, with a traceable record of where they came from.

    • Multi-building portfolio
    • Four languages
    • Traceable leads
  • Service providers

Management, maintenance, service-charge collection: operations packs run inside the building's own instance, with role-based permissions and every action written to its journal.

    • Operations packs
    • Role-based access
    • Auditable journal

What you get

What a partner gets

Capabilities that exist on the platform today — not a roadmap.

  • Your buildings' own journaled data

Every published change is written to the building's own journal: what changed, when, and by whom. It is your record — not a report we hand back to you.

  • The fleet console

One view across all your instances: status, publications and activity, without ever crossing a building's data boundary.

  • Governed AI concierge

The assistant answers buyers and residents only with what the person asking is entitled to see, and always grounded in the building's own record.

  • Lead delivery

Marketplace enquiries arrive at the building that published the unit, with their context — language, unit, and the listing they came from.

What we don't do

Building sovereignty is an architectural decision, not a marketing promise. So:

  • We don't pool every building's data into one shared database.
  • We don't resell or swap your leads between partners.
  • We don't publish prices or availability the building hasn't published.
  • We don't fake freshness — stale data is shown as stale.

Shall we work together?

Tell us which buildings you run or represent, and we'll walk you through how they'd be onboarded.

Commercial terms are discussed case by case — there are no published plans or rates.
