Buying off-plan
From reservation to handover, on verifiable milestones
Reserve
Reserve your unit. It is locked in the building's own system, with a record number.
Contract
Sign the purchase agreement: terms and the payment plan are pinned to the construction milestones.
Milestone payments
Each instalment becomes due when the building reports the milestone reached. Money settles in escrow or a fideicomiso — never through the platform.
Delivery
Once construction is complete and every stage is satisfied, you receive your unit.
The platform only holds the state of each stage and its receipts — settlement always happens in a bank or escrow account you control.
